Returns
We offer a 7 day product return if you are not satisfied with the merchandise. Please notify us within this period of time either by email or phone of the return. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. The refund is not include the shipping cost. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original document or instructions. All returns that are eligible for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will issue a refund upon approval of returned merchandise.
Return for exchange or replacements
We offer 30 days after purchasing and using product, we accept return for exchange or replacement if you are not satisfied with the merchandise or for the following unusable purposes. Technical related: no boot, no video, System scratched, WiFi or Network connection failure. Exchange: Jump up to a newer model, newer versions. We refuse the returns, exchange or replacement with the cosmetic reasons. Please notify us within this period of time either by email the returns. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Warranty
We offer 1 year warranty for the TV box, other accessories like power adapter, remote control, cables just have 3 months warranty. The warranty is apply for the TV box's hardware. Subscription contents in the box are not covered by the warranty as we are not the provider. We only provide add-ons to access such content and you must have a subscription with the provider for every content.
During the warranty period, if the machine has a software error that you cannot fix by yourself according to the instructions of the technician, you can send it to us to repair or update the software for free, you only pay the shipping cost.

We accept payment online with PayPal system, also accept a Credit Card as Visa or Master Card. Please note you might have charged a very small amount from your Credit Card Company due to their online policy. We never charge any fee apply for your online order as advertised. Your order online will be protected and secured by our payment system or PayPal Company. After ordering you usually will receive a notified payment confirmation from PayPal or any contact email from the Sellers.
